Macro in Jurassic Park

Greetings from southwest Florida,

This week’s images are from today as my good friend Adam Jones and I concluded our first of two weekend macro workshops here in Fort Myers, Florida. We had a great time, and the fourteen participants went home with hundreds of images of the 40 plus animals that I brought to this event. Some of them almost looked prehistoric, like this Green Plumed Basilisk that I bought recently. I also have a good friend who brought some of his personal collection of Chameleons and other exotic animals making it for the best collection of exotic reptiles and amphibians we have ever had at one of these events. This two day event is already on the 2017 Calendar and is already starting to fill up. So, please join Adam and I next year as we bring this one of a kind macro event to southwest Florida. If you can’t attend this event, then join Adam and I for a Canon event on April 2nd here in Estero, Fl.  Or join me in St Augustine in late April at the St Augustine Birding and Photo Fest  where I will have some amazing animals for you to photograph.
I hope you enjoy this week’s photos.
Have a blessed week.
